One of our members has launched a Start-Up called “Master Brains”. It aggregates Tax, Finance and Legal professionals to Corporates to provide a host of advisory services in these verticals. They are trying to solve two issues in the industry:
- Master Brains is trying to bring structure to this unstructured sector of 'Finding a Professional' by offering a one-stop solution to corporates for acquiring consultants in various niches as per their requirements and budget, without having to undertake an entire KYC, Vetting, Request For Quotation (RFQ) process, Engagement Scope and Engagement Letter Drafting etc.
- Master Brains also aims to bring equity and reduce the struggle of survival for younger professionals by reducing the gap between various tiers of professionals/professional firms. This will be achieved by seamlessly passing on the surplus projects or projects of a field other than in which the professional has specialisation (Outsourcer) to another professional (Outsourcee) who has the required expertise, time and resources to deliver the project in time to the client of the outsourcer.
